A busy Taipei street at night.
This is one of the best pictures I've taken so far! I could sell
it as a postcard, I think.

This is what one of Taipei's world
famous night markets is like. On either side are shops and stands
selling just about everything, some with guys with microphones out front
yelling stuff to try to get you to buy stuff. Some of the guys were
smart and switched their barking over to partial English as I walked by.
People, motor scooters, and incredibly, cars all fight to get through.

Jenny, very carefully considering
the puchase of a brush. Judy and Yvonne, helping.

Jenny buying some food from one
of the stands. I really should have taken more pictures of the variety
of stuff available at each stand. Generally they have all the ingredients
ready and cook stuff as it is ordered to your preference. Sally was
also there, but I don't have any pictures of her! (she's living in
Taipei, teaching English, and wants to come back to the USA, ASAP)
